A 30% deposit reserves your date. Balance due 3 days before your event. We accept card, Zelle, or cash.
Roughly 11 ft of height, 13 ft of width, and 17 ft of length of flat, level space, with a standard power outlet within 50 ft. Backyards, patios, garages, ballrooms, and office space all work.
We'll always try to work with you on an alternate spot first. If no suitable space is available when we arrive, the booking is treated as a customer cancellation and the standard cancellation policy applies. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
During the summer months, events must be held indoors due to extreme heat. Outdoor events are available during the cooler months of the year, weather permitting.
The simulator is sensitive electronic equipment, so for outdoor bookings we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate to a covered area in the event of rain or high wind, for the safety of guests and equipment. We'll work with you on a backup plan.
Not at all. The simulator works for complete beginners and experienced golfers in the same group. Everyone gets a turn regardless of skill level.
Every booking includes the Mevo Gen 2 launch monitor, Optoma EH412ST projector, Holy Grail impact screen, hand-built 8x4 ft hitting mat, clubs and balls, and a full delivery, setup, and breakdown, plus an attendant on-site to run the experience.
