A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is separate from any refundable security deposit outlined in your signed Rental Agreement.

Balance due 3 days before your event.

• 14+ days before your event: full deposit refund
• 7 to 13 days before your event: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 7 days before your event: no refund

The simulator is a sensitive electronic setup. During the summer months, events must be held indoors due to extreme heat. Outdoor events are available during the cooler months of the year.

For outdoor bookings, we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the setup to a covered area or indoors in the event of rain or high wind, for the safety of guests and equipment. We'll work with you to find a backup plan or a new date if weather doesn't cooperate.

We need roughly 11 ft of height, 13 ft of width, and 17 ft of length of flat, level space, with a standard power outlet within 50 ft. Let us know your setup location when you book so we can confirm it'll work.

If the space provided at arrival doesn't meet these minimums, we may be unable to safely set up. We'll always try to work with you on an alternate spot first, but if no suitable space is available, the booking will be treated as a customer cancellation and the standard cancellation policy above applies.

Equipment is to be used only for lawful recreational purposes, following instructions provided at setup. Please supervise minors and keep food and drinks away from the electronics.

Customers are responsible for damage from negligence, misuse, or failure to secure the equipment (normal wear and tear excluded). If theft occurs, notify us and the venue immediately and file a police report. Golf carries inherent risks, including flying balls and clubs and tripping hazards, and participants voluntarily assume those risks. Full liability, indemnification, and damage terms are in the signed Rental Agreement completed before your event.

After we confirm your booking, we'll send a private payment link for your deposit and balance. We accept card (via that link), Zelle, and cash.

If you opt in during booking, we may send you occasional emails about Apex Golf Simulator promotions, referral rewards, and updates. These are separate from booking-related emails, which you'll always receive regardless of this preference.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect any current or future bookings.
